How we work with AI

We use artificial intelligence in our work. It helps us research, write, code and design.

AI suggests; people decide. Every text, piece and deliverable is reviewed and approved by a person at Nortakai before it is published or reaches a client, and we stand behind it.

We don't use realistic AI-generated people, voices or images without saying so.

We don't put the data our clients entrust to us, such as their documents or their own customers' data, into AI tools without agreeing it with them first. When we do, it's on a business plan that doesn't use that data to train AI models, under a contract that requires the provider to process it only on our behalf.
